1. The service

Bul (bul.friman.app) is an Email API service for sending transactional email and newsletters, with a dashboard, delivery reporting and webhooks. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your API keys and login details safe, and for all sending done with them.
• You may send only from domains you control, after verifying them in DNS.
• If a key leaks, delete it in the dashboard immediately and contact us.

3. Acceptable use

Send only to recipients who agreed to receive your messages, or with whom you have a direct business relationship, as required by applicable law (in Israel, section 30A of the Communications Law, the "Spam Law"). Every newsletter must include an easy way to unsubscribe and clearly identify the sender.

4. Prohibited use

• Spam, and sending to purchased, scraped or rented lists.
• Phishing, impersonation, malware, or links to such content.
• Illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Circumventing rate limits, the suppression list or the service's protection mechanisms.
• Attempting to access other customers' data or to harm the infrastructure.

5. Enforcement and deliverability protection

• An address that hard-bounces, files a spam complaint or unsubscribes is automatically suppressed for that account.
• When bounce or complaint rates are high, or sending reputation drops, sending is slowed down or paused automatically.
• A marketing message without an unsubscribe link triggers an alert in the dashboard.
• If these terms are breached, Bul may suspend sending or the account, and in serious cases close it.

6. Limits and quotas

The service has rate limits and sending quotas, described in the API documentation and in the dashboard. Bul may change them to protect deliverability.

7. Payment

Pricing and payment terms are set in a separate agreement with each customer.

8. Availability and delivery

The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it highly available, but there is no uptime commitment unless agreed in writing. Whether a message reaches the inbox, the spam folder or is rejected is decided by the recipient's mailbox provider, so Bul cannot guarantee delivery.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bul is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or damage caused by an outage at an external provider, by actions of the customer or its recipients, or by blocking applied to protect deliverability. The customer is responsible for message content and for the lawfulness of its sending.

10. Data

The customer controls its recipients' data and is responsible for the legal basis for sending. Bul processes the data on the customer's behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Bul may end the service with prior notice, or immediately if these terms are breached.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction will be set in the final version of this document.
